ST Engineering Aerospace Services Company

Leading the Charge in Aircraft Maintenance

Starting out in 1990 with a hangar that housed a single widebody aircraft, we have since expanded considerably with our facilities today at Paya Lebar and Changi in Singapore capable of accommodating up to eight widebody aircraft and two narrowbody aircraft.

We are a designated centre of excellence (COE) for Boeing 747, 777, 767, DC–10 and MD–11 aircraft; and received the Boeing Performance Excellence Award for the 767–300BCF Passenger-To-Freighter (P2F) conversion programme in 2007.

Our purpose-built hangar facilities are equipped with integrated docking systems to handle heavy maintenance and modification work for the following aircraft:

- Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767, 777, 787
- Airbus A300, A310, A320, A330, A340
- DC-10, MD-10, MD-11

We provide 24-hour line maintenance for airlines at Singapore Changi Airport as well as a full range of aircraft engineering services including:

- Aircraft maintenance (including heavy maintenance)
- Airframe structural modification
- Ageing aircraft inspections including corrosion prevention and control
- Cabin interior refurbishment, upgrades and fleet standardisation
- Avionics systems upgrade
- Inflight entertainment (IFE) system installation
- Aircraft exterior paint removal and repainting

Value Added Services

We offer an e-CRM (Customer Relations Management) platform that allows customer access to real-time updates on the status of an aircraft undergoing maintenance.

We have also developed the Aerobook tool that enable shop floor access to aircraft maintenance documentation in order that maintenance staff can raise inspection findings and material requisitions electronically.

All these processes have translated into improved efficiencies and reduced aircraft downtime which lower operational costs for our customers.

Total Commitment to Quality Aircraft Engineering

Our inspectors are licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

Random and regular audits are also conducted by our QA department to ensure that all aircraft are serviced according to exacting airworthiness requirements.

We are approved as a repair station by the CAAS, EASA, FAA, Japanese Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB), Australia Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and other airworthiness authorities.
